生醬油、MOU桑的特調麻辣粉、青辣椒鹽漬檸檬、炸蒜碎、油漬青辣椒、椒麻醬

The sauces from the top left corner to the bottom right corner, let me introduce them one by one! Raw soy sauce, MOU’s special spicy powder, salted lemon with green chili, crushed fried garlic, oil-infused green chili, and peppery sauce.

First, let’s take a look at our signature hamburger patties. They are freshly made and grilled. Each person gets three patties, and one is given at a time. After finishing one, the next is served. Each patty is very tender, so tender that it splits open with a gentle touch of chopsticks. Every bite feels like you’re sipping on soup. The juicy meat is incredibly delicious.

Everyone can take an egg to put directly on the hamburger patty and eat. They will provide pomelo vinegar and radish, which makes the taste refreshing and helps to cut through the greasiness.

The second time, I paired it with egg yolk to eat. The combination of egg aroma and meat is very smooth when taken in. The meat is sizzles on the grill, and the hot burger patty is right in front of me. I have to say, it’s truly a happiness. The most important thing is that rice is free to refill.

This time we went to the Xinyi store. The interior environment is quite spacious and cool, which is very needed in such hot weather. Also, if you’re worried about your clothes picking up smells, there are lockers to hang your clothes. When we went that day, all the seating was full, which shows the popularity of the this restaurant. The standard portion might be considered a lot for girls with small appetites, but for guys, it might be a bit on the less. Each reservation of 1 seat includes 1 pork and rice set for NT$650. Side dishes and drinks can be purchased on-site.
