這間歐式餐酒館已經放入口袋名單很久了，這次終於來嚐鮮

This European-style bistro has been on my wish list for a long time, and I finally got to try it out.

沙拉吃起來非常清爽，搭配薄荷葉、香橙、檸檬讓整個沙拉非常的爽口

The salad was very refreshing, and the addition of mint leaves, orange, and lemon made it even more delicious.

果然是店員推薦的餐點，牛肉非常新鮮軟嫩，搭配外面酥脆的炸馬鈴薯，口感非常的酥脆又柔軟，果然是這間店的招牌！推薦大家必點

As expected of the staff’s recommendation, the beef was incredibly fresh and tender, paired with crispy fried potatoes for a wonderfully balanced texture – truly a signature dish of this restaurant! A must-try!

這道上來的時候溫度很溫，牛肉吃起來軟嫩但是有點偏黏，可能是因為醬汁的關係，整體吃起來口感沒有那麼好

This dish was served at a lukewarm temperature. The beef was tender but a bit sticky, probably due to the sauce. Overall, the texture wasn’t great.

鮭魚有點半生不熟的熟度，吃起來就是一般的鮭魚，比較沒有驚艷的地方

The salmon was a bit undercooked; it tasted like regular salmon, nothing particularly amazing.

點烤慮蘆筍一定不會不好吃～烤完之後的蔬菜香搭配一顆半熟蛋的奶香，也算是不錯吃的一道餐點

Ordering grilled asparagus is definitely a good choice! The aroma of the grilled vegetables paired with the creamy flavor of a soft-boiled egg makes for a delicious meal.

淡淡的奶香加上有一點酸味的洛神花醬，還可以，上面還有撒一點開心果的碎粒，增加了一些口感，算好吃

The light milky aroma combined with the slightly tart hibiscus jam was quite good. The sprinkled pistachio bits on top added texture, making it a decent dish.

吃起來很像是在吃雙胞胎，但沒有雙胞胎麵包味香，比較清淡一點，搭配旁邊的酸奶油跟時令果醬一起吃，口味一般般

It tastes a bit like eating Taiwanese doughnuts, but not as fragrant as twin bread; it’s a bit lighter. It’s served with sour cream and seasonal jam on the side, but the overall flavor is just so-so.
