在看似不起眼的地方,開了一間很有溫度的義式餐酒館,這次我們家打算一起在這間店裡慶祝哥哥生日。
In a seemingly inconspicuous place, there is a warm Italian restaurant and bistro. This time, our family plans to celebrate my brother’s birthday together in this restaurant.


店內的位置不多,大概只有20人左右的位置而已,很適合小公司辦活動聚餐或是朋友、家人聚餐。
The restaurant has limited seating, with only about 20 seats available, making it ideal for small companies to hold events or for friends and family to gather.

這次點了一杯義大利白酒配這次的餐點,有一點柑橘的香味,喝起來有些苦味,但整體口感很溫順,酸度也不會太酸,很適合搭配這次的肉類也很適合。
I ordered a glass of Italian white wine to go with the meal. It had a hint of citrus and a slightly bitter taste, but the overall flavor was very smooth and the acidity wasn’t too strong. It was a great match for the meat dishes.

Duck Breast
鴨肉不會過於乾柴,很軟嫩好吃,搭配炭烤過的柚子,帶點酸感,口味層次更加豐富!
The duck meat isn’t too dry; it’s very tender and delicious. Paired with grilled pomelo, which has a slightly sour taste, the flavor is even more complex!

Lamb Rack
本來以為羊肉會有很重的騷味,但是這個羊排幾乎沒有!而且肉非常的軟嫩,咬一口幾乎就骨肉分離了,搭配紅酒醬的甜味一起,整個口感層次更升一級,非常推薦點羊排。
I initially thought lamb would have a strong gamey smell, but these lamb chops had almost none! The meat was incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone with every bite. Combined with the sweetness of the red wine sauce, the overall flavor was elevated to another level. I highly recommend ordering the lamb chops.

外皮偏硬,內餡是包龍蝦,一口吃剛剛好,海鮮的香味在口中化開,很適合再次搭配我點的白酒。
The outer skin is a bit firm, and the filling is lobster. It’s just the right size for one bite, and the seafood flavor melts in your mouth. It’s perfect to pair with the white wine I ordered.

Ox Tongue
這牛舌真的是必點!相較於牛肉更軟,入口即化,搭配醬料的甘甜,配菜的鹹口,真是無懈可擊。
This beef tongue is a must-order! It’s softer than beef, melts in your mouth, and paired with the sweetness of the sauce and the saltiness of the side dishes, it’s simply irresistible.

Squid
這應該算是這次吃的餐點第一名,軟軟的卻有帶有嚼勁,不會很硬或是有塑膠感,搭配一點鹹鹹的口味,還有跟旁邊的鷹嘴豆泥一起吃,層次跟口感一起享受。
This should be the best dish I had this time. It was soft yet chewy, not too hard or plasticky, with a slightly salty flavor. It was also great to eat with the hummus on the side, allowing me to enjoy the layers and textures together.

Roast Vegetable
蔬菜不會煎太軟,軟硬適中,補充一點蔬菜換個口味。
The vegetables aren’t fried too soft; they’re cooked to the perfect tenderness. Adding a little vegetable gives you a change of pace.

Chicken Liver Pate
對於肝系列的,我本來沒有很喜歡,但是這款的雞肝,是連不敢吃肝的都會喜歡,雞肝的香味及鹹口的味道搭配抹醬,真的調和的很完美。
I wasn’t a big fan of liver products before, but this chicken liver is so good that even people who don’t like eating liver would love it. The aroma and salty flavor of the chicken liver paired with the sauce is a perfect match.

Beef
生牛肉搭配蒜、青菜一口吃,感覺很像在吃已經煮熟的牛肉但是卻又留有絲滑的口感,沒有煮過的牛肉的乾癟感覺,加上有加上一點點橄欖油,帶有一點油的香氣,很好吃!
Eating raw beef with garlic and greens feels like eating cooked beef, but with a silky texture and without the dryness of cooked beef. Plus, with a touch of olive oil, it has a nice aroma. It’s delicious!

Crudo
生魚片的魚一吃下去就知道很新鮮,而且搭配特製的烤鳳梨醬,有別於一般吃生魚片的感覺。
The fish in the sashimi is so fresh that you can tell it’s very fresh as soon as you taste it, and the special grilled pineapple sauce makes it a different experience from eating regular sashimi.

這家每一道的份量都不多,所以建議4個人可以點7-8道菜以上,因為真的都很好吃,份量也都不多,可以慢慢小量的享受美食。
Each dish here is served in small portions, so we recommend that four people order seven or eight dishes or more, because they are all really delicious and the portions are small, so you can enjoy the food slowly in small portions.
