Chun Shui Tang Tea House, established in 1983, initially sold cold tea drinks, a first in Taiwan’s tea industry. Inspired by Western-style bars, it incorporated the tea-drinking culture of the East throughout history, leading a revolutionary tea culture and successfully pioneering a new trend in cold tea drinks.

春水堂是每個喜歡喝珍珠奶茶必喝的一家珍珠奶茶飲料店，價位約為中高價位，每一口都是享受。除了飲料之外還有賣一些熱食，每款熱食也都是熱賣商品呢！熱飲的話他們都是給這種茶壺的形式。

Chun Shui Tang is a must-visit bubble tea shop for anyone who loves bubble tea. Priced in the mid-to-high range, every sip is a delight. Besides drinks, they also sell hot food, all of which are best-sellers! Hot drinks are served in teapots.

淡淡的麻香味，加上軟細的麵條，很有小時候的吃麻油麵線的味道，
不小心就一口接著一口吃了！非常推薦點這個麻香麵線。

The subtle sesame aroma, combined with the soft, thin noodles, brings back memories of the sesame oil noodles I ate as a child. I couldn’t help but keep eating them! I highly recommend ordering this sesame oil noodle dish.

點功夫麵一定要加特調辣醬！搭配辣醬更襯托出他原本的肉燥醬，一點點的辣加上肉燥的鹹香，與有嚼勁的麵體一起吃下去，最幸福不過了～

You absolutely must add the special spicy sauce when ordering Kung Fu Noodles! The spicy sauce brings out the original minced meat sauce even better. A touch of spiciness combined with the savory aroma of the minced meat, along with the chewy noodles, makes for the ultimate bliss!

我們還點了一些小菜，米血糕跟茶香高麗菜，這些都是我們常點的餐點，米血糕軟嫩搭配特製的醬，再加上薑的一點刺激口感，很好吃。高麗菜真的有茶香的味道，非常適合跟高麗菜一起炒，有別於一般熱炒店的高麗菜。

We also ordered some side dishes, including rice blood cake and tea-smoked cabbage. These are our usual dishes. The rice blood cake was soft and tender, paired with a special sauce and a touch of ginger for a pungent flavor—it was delicious. The cabbage really did have a tea-smoked flavor, making it perfect for stir-frying, unlike the cabbage served in typical stir-fry restaurants.

我們平常都是來南港店，位置都很舒適，店內位置也蠻多的，很適合跟朋友、家人或是另一半一起來享受一個中式飲茶的下午茶。

We usually come to the Nangang branch. The location is very comfortable, and there are plenty of seats. It’s a great place to enjoy a Chinese-style afternoon tea with friends, family, or your partner.
