If you want to enjoy the most attentive service, Haidilao is definitely the first place that comes to mind. So I made a special trip to eat at Haidilao. Haidilao has many branches, and this time I went to the branch in Xinyi District.

海底撈是用iPad直接點餐的，同時也可以問一下服務生如何預約美甲，10點以後就沒有美甲了，所以時間上可能要注意一下

Haidilao uses iPads for ordering food. You can also ask the server how to book a manicure. Manicures are not available after 10 PM, so please be mindful of the timing.

一開始就先介紹甜點，因為真的太好吃了！到海底撈必點的甜點之一！外皮酥脆內裡軟嫩，加上吃得到淡淡的米香，沾上一點紅糖甜甜的滋味，真的很適合吃完火鍋來一份幸福的甜點

Let me start with the desserts because they’re absolutely delicious! A must-order dessert at Haidilao! The outer layer is crispy, the inside soft and tender, with a subtle rice aroma, and a touch of sweet brown sugar. It’s the perfect dessert to enjoy after a hot pot meal.

這次點兩種鍋底，一種是酸菜魚火鍋、一種是豬肚雞火鍋。酸菜魚的魚超級嫩，一夾起來就化開的那種軟嫩，豬肚鍋胡椒香味也非常濃郁

This time we ordered two hot pot bases: sauerkraut fish hot pot and pork tripe and chicken hot pot. The fish in the sauerkraut fish hot pot was incredibly tender, the kind that melts in your mouth when you pick it up. The pork tripe hot pot also had a very rich peppery flavor.

小菜都可以免費續加，蘿蔔我最喜歡吃因為他有加醋，可以吃肉之後更新一下口感，然後海底撈的醬料要另外付錢，所以有需要醬料的再拿醬料

Side dishes are all free to refill. I especially like radishes because they’re seasoned with vinegar, which helps refresh the flavor after eating meat. However, Haidilao’s sauces are extra, so only get them if you need them.

這次還點了雙椒乾拌麵，辣度還算夠，但是沒有讓人覺得很驚艷的感覺

This time I also ordered the double-pepper dry noodles. The spiciness was decent, but it wasn’t particularly amazing.

這次點了香菇、豆皮、五花肉、滑肉，其中必點跟最好吃的是滑肉，煮到差不多熟的時候，肉又嫩又滑又好吃

This time we ordered shiitake mushrooms, bean curd sheets, pork belly, and sliced ​​pork. The must-order and best dish was the sliced ​​pork. When it was almost cooked, the meat was tender, smooth, and delicious.

我們去的信義店用餐環境很大，做起來很舒服，服務也很不錯

The Xinyi branch we went to had a spacious and comfortable dining environment, and the service was also very good.
