Many people are probably curious about the meaning of “Botega del vin" in Italian. It means a wine shop. Unfortunately, we didn’t drink this time, but it’s okay, we can drink next time!

這次加上麵包與水資,人均大概要NT$1,000左右,這個麵包真的很好吃,可以續一次,配油醋醬,鹹鹹的口味加上柔軟的麵包,馬上就開胃了

這次點的蔬菜盤必點!每個蔬菜得甜味都被完整的帶出來,還有炭烤的香味,非常的好吃,上面有馬鈴薯、南瓜、櫛瓜、秀珍菇、牛番茄等蔬菜

The vegetable platter I ordered this time is a must-try! The sweetness of each vegetable is perfectly brought out, along with the aroma of charcoal grilling—it’s incredibly delicious. It includes potatoes, pumpkin, zucchini, oyster mushrooms, and beefsteak tomatoes, among other vegetables.

有蔬菜當然就有肉啦,照片拍完之後店員會幫忙切肉,其實我們自己切也可以因為馬上就骨肉分離了,非常的軟嫩

Of course, where there are vegetables, there’s also meat! After you take the photos, the staff will help you cut the meat. Actually, you can cut it yourself too, as the meat will separate from the bone very quickly and is incredibly tender.

You’ll be amazed at how delicious tripe can be, not just in braised dishes! We also dipped some of our appetizer bread in this sauce; it’s a bit salty, but overall very tasty, with a wonderful cheesy flavor.
