這次是跟家人一起來吃中山對酌,隱藏在農安街上的老宅中,非常適合朋友、情侶或是公司辦活動聚餐,這次是點NT$35,000價位的套餐

This time, I came with my family to Zhongshan Duizhu, a restaurant hidden in an old house on Nong’an Street. It’s perfect for friends, couples, or company events and gatherings. This time we ordered the NT$35,000 set meal.

我們是直接預訂一個套餐,裡面就包含了以下介紹的餐點,中山對酌是每季會換一次菜單,所以也不一定每次都會有一樣的餐點喔

We booked a set menu, which included the dishes described below. Zhongshan Duizhu changes its menu every season, so the same dishes may not be available every time.

這次老闆招待八樣小菜,意思是從四面八方來的客人,每樣小菜都蠻特別的
1. 千層銀鑼,味道像魷魚絲,有點偏硬但是香味很濃
2. 辣芒果青,帶點辣味的芒果青吃起來口味很特別
3. 葡萄冬瓜,長相很像葡萄可是卻是冬瓜,味道也是帶點葡萄味
4. 糟魯毛豆,滷過的毛豆帶一點酒的香味
5. 對酌醬皇,吃起來像滷過的蘿蔔
6. 檸香洛神,口感很脆,洛神花的味道很濃厚
7. 甘梅石榴,有酸梅糖的酸甜加上清脆的石榴,很推薦吃這道
8. 油脆花生,很適合喝酒前的下酒菜

The owner served eight small dishes to guests which the name of the dish is meaning that the guest from all over the world, each quite unique:
1. Thousand-Layer Silver Dish: Tastes like shredded squid, a bit firm but very fragrant.
2. Spicy Green Mango: A uniquely flavorful green mango with a hint of spiciness.
3. Grape Winter Melon: Looks like grapes but is actually winter melon, with a grape-like flavor.
4. Braised Edamame: Braised edamame with a hint of alcohol.
5. Braised Radish: Tastes like braised radish.
6. Lemon Roselle: Crunchy with a strong roselle flavor.
7. Plum Pomegranate: Sweet and sour plum combined with crisp pomegranate—highly recommended.
8. Crispy Fried Peanuts: Perfect as a snack before drinks.

招牌八味正龍鱘
Sturgeon

開業一年半就榮登2022年500盤得獎名單,絕對不能錯過這道招牌八味正龍鱘,拍完照之後店員還會協助切塊,酥酥脆脆的外皮加上柔嫩的魚肉跟著上面的餅乾一起吃,完全包含了香味跟口感以及感受到魚的新鮮

Having been open for only a year and a half, it was listed among the 500 award winners in 2022. You absolutely cannot miss its signature sturgeon. After taking photos, the staff will help cut the fish into pieces. The crispy outer layer and tender fish, eaten together with the biscuit on top, perfectly combine the aroma, texture, and also feel the freshness of the fish.

雞湯千絲
Tofu

一樣也是得到500盤的一道菜,從這道菜就能看出廚師的刀工非常厲害,吃起來很像豆腐,味道很像腐皮捲的味道,吃進去入口即化,搭配雞湯真的好吃到幸福

This dish also received 500 servings. You can tell the chef’s knife skills are exceptional just by looking at it. It tastes a lot like tofu, and the flavor is similar to bean curd rolls. It melts in your mouth, and paired with chicken soup, it’s truly blissful.

嗆腰片
Kidney

腰子不會有太多的腥味,透過醬料來蓋過腰子本身的味道,口感非常軟嫩

The kidneys don’t have much of a fishy smell; the sauce masks their natural flavor, resulting in a very tender texture.

乾隆白菜
Cabbage

用芥末子搭配的白菜,身為涼拌菜我覺得有點太單調了,味道也只有芥末的味道,整體來說就這一道比較不符合我的胃口

Cabbage served with mustard seeds was a bit too plain for me as a cold dish; the only flavor was the mustard. Overall, this was the only dish that didn’t suit my taste.

白菜干煲土雞
Dried cabbage chicken soup

夾起來馬上骨肉分離的軟嫩,好像吃麵一樣可以大口吸進來吃,加上多種蔬菜熬煮的湯,很療癒也感覺自己邊喝邊養身

The meat is so tender that it easily separates from the bone when picked up, like eating noodles that you can slurp it up in big mouthfuls. Combined with the broth made from various vegetables, it’s very comforting and makes you feel like you’re nourishing your body while drinking it.

看起來很基本卻很好吃的炒時蔬跟韭黃鮮蝦餃,聽說鮮蝦餃的皮也是廚師挑選了很久才找到適合的外皮,完全不會一夾破掉,很適合一口吃進去享受蝦子跟韭黃的美味

The stir-fried vegetables and shrimp dumplings with chives look simple but are incredibly delicious. I heard that the chef spent a long time selecting the perfect dumpling wrappers, ensuring they won’t break when you pick them up. They’re perfect for enjoying the flavors of shrimp and chives in one bite.

金蒜蒸鮮鮑
Steamed Abalone with Garlic

這道料理的白色物體看起來像是麵條吃起來很有嚼勁,鮑魚也切剛剛好的大小可以一口吃,加上熬煮的湯汁一口吃非常美味

The white substance in this dish looks like noodles and has a chewy texture. The abalone is also cut into just the right size to eat in one bite, and the broth makes it incredibly delicious.

排骨酥加上酸酸甜甜的派林醬以及金桔的一點點酸味,每一口都像是在享受!龍蝦的部分肉質就偏硬一點了,表現比較一般

The pork ribs, paired with sweet and sour parfait and a touch of sourness from the kumquats, were a delightful treat with every bite! The lobster, however, was a bit firm and not particularly impressive.

醋椒酸菜魚
Vinegar and Pepper Pickled Fish Soup

喜歡吃酸菜鍋的一定會特別愛這道菜,因為除了有酸菜的酸味之外還有非常軟嫩的魚,湯頭非常的清甜

Those who enjoy sauerkraut hot pot will absolutely love this dish, because in addition to the tangy flavor of the sauerkraut, it also features incredibly tender fish, and the broth is exceptionally sweet and clear.

Chicken

外皮酥脆肉質軟嫩的代表!我表弟一個人就快吃完一盤了,那個雞油真的很香

The epitome of crispy skin and tender meat! My cousin almost finished a whole plate by himself; the chicken oil was so fragrant.

豆醬凍馬友
Codfish

是一道涼菜,魚是有嚼勁的肉質,可先單吃一口沒有配醬的,另一口再搭配豆醬一起入口

It’s a cold dish. The fish has a chewy texture. You can eat one bite on its own without sauce first, and then eat another bite with the bean sauce.

現沖豆花

自己動手DIY盛豆花,加上自己想要的紅豆及黑糖的量,不夠應該還是可以再要一些

Make your own tofu pudding by adding the amount of red beans and brown sugar you like; if it’s not enough, you can ask for more.
