這次連假跟家人久違的來吃高級料理慶祝一下,來到了這家位於南山微風的無菜單鐵板燒。價位約NTD$1,500~2,000/人,總共有10道美味的料理,有A5和牛、龍蝦、生蠔…等,算是CP值蠻高的一家鐵板燒了!
I celebrated my long weekend with my family by enjoying some fine dining at Nanshan Breeze, a tasting menu at Teppanyaki. With prices ranging from NTD$1,500 to NTD$2,000 per person, they offer 10 delicious dishes, including A5 Wagyu beef, lobster, oysters, and more. It’s a pretty good price for teppanyaki!

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you will feel that the decoration is very exquisite and comfortable. It is very suitable for family dinners, gatherings with friends, and dates. It allows you to relax and enjoy the food.

秋霧之森・煙鴨與芋香清湯
Taro Mousse & Smoked Duck with Porcini Duck Broth
隨著清湯的注入,煙燻的鴨子慢慢被覆蓋,搭配著清湯入口一起吃,口感非常軟嫩,湯的味道包含芋頭濃濃的香味
As the soup is poured in, the smoked duck is slowly covered. When eaten with the clear soup, the duck has a very soft and tender texture. The soup has a strong aroma of taro.


脂香秋語・柚子胡椒鮪魚腹
Tuna Belly with Baby Napa Cabbage and Grapefruit Kosho Dressing
鮪魚腹入口即化,搭配他的柚子胡椒醬,酸酸的味道配上魚的香甜,跟著娃娃菜一起入口,真的是絕配啊!
The tuna belly melts in your mouth, and paired with its yuzu pepper sauce, the sour taste matches the sweetness of the fish, and when eaten with baby cabbage, it is really a perfect match!

日本蠔魚子蕈菇 海膽荷蘭醬
Japanese Oyster Mushrooms with Hollandaise Sauce
在表面放上起司至燒到表面微焦,擠一點點金桔點綴,放上魚子醬大口地吃下去!連不敢吃生蠔的都會說太好吃啦~生蠔的軟嫩跟著醬汁融合在口中,味道非常香甜
Put cheese on the surface until the surface is slightly burnt, squeeze a little kumquat to garnish, put caviar on it and eat it! Even those who dare not eat oysters will say it is so delicious~ The tenderness of the oysters blends with the sauce in the mouth, and the taste is very sweet.

南非活鮑 松露波特醬

大家都喜愛的大鮑魚終於來了,表面跟著醬汁煎到微焦,搭配波特醬一起吃,除了鮑魚本身的香味又多了一個層次,而且鮑魚超級Q彈好吃!我還可以再吃10個
The big abalone that everyone loves is finally arrived. The surface is fried until slightly charred with the sauce, and eaten with the port sauce. In addition to the fragrance of the abalone itself, it has an additional layer. The abalone is super chewy and delicious! I can eat 10 more!

金秋之杯・華爾道夫沙拉變奏
King Crab with Salmon Roe, Pumpkin Purée, Apple, Grapefruit & Crispy Ginger
南瓜泥搭配龍蝦非常新穎的吃法,有點像在吃沙拉的感覺,帝王蟹跟著鮭魚卵一起吃會有啵啵啵的口感,蟹肉吃起來非常很新鮮
Pumpkin puree with lobster is a very novel way to eat it, a bit like eating a salad. King crab has a popping texture when eaten with salmon roe, and the crab meat tastes very fresh.


龍蝦 干邑鮮蝦醬
Lobster with Cognac Shrimp Sauce
看到這一大塊的龍蝦,非常的可口,忍不住想要一口就吃完!主廚在上面有淋上干邑醬汁,跟著龍一起吃味道很甘甜
Seeing this big piece of lobster, it is so delicious that I can’t help but want to eat it in one bite! The chef poured sauce on it, and it tasted very sweet when eaten with the lobster.

日本 A5 和牛 馬爾頓海鹽
Japanese A5 Wagyu
這牛肉看到都捨不得吃了!兩面都被兼至焦香,撒上馬爾頓海鹽與現磨黑胡椒,簡單調味突顯牛肉本身的香氣,牛肉的味道吃起來帶點奶油味,軟嫩的口感放入嘴中非常享受!
This beef is so delicious you won’t want to save it till the end! It’s seared on both sides and sprinkled with Maldon sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. The simple seasoning brings out the beef’s natural aroma. The beef has a slightly creamy flavor and is so tender and delicious!


牛筋飛魚卵炒飯
Beef Tendon mix Fish Roe Fried Rice
主廚會問有沒有要加飯的,如果還有餓的話可以這時候加飯,因為後面就是甜點了,牛筋的軟嫩與飛魚卵的顆粒感層次豐富,炒飯鹹鹹的口感非常的剛好
The chef will ask if you want more rice. If you are still hungry, you can add more rice at this time, because dessert will be served later. The tenderness of the beef tendon and the granularity of the flying fish roe are rich, and the salty taste of the fried rice is just right.

秋韻莓果乳酪蛋糕
Berry Cheesecake
類似巴斯克的口感,濃郁又不會太乾的起司乳酪蛋糕,搭配莓果醬,酸酸甜甜的,很好吃。旁邊配著菊花茶讓這個美食饗宴在享受中更放鬆。
The cheesecake, with a Basque-style texture, is rich yet not too dry. Paired with berry jam, it’s a sweet and sour treat. Paired with chrysanthemum tea, this delicious feast is even more relaxing.

琥珀茶香・栗子生乳慕斯
Black Tea Flavor Chestnut Fresh Cream Mousse
可可粉撒在栗子生乳慕斯上,榛果粒主廚有先用鐵板煎烤過,香甜的酒香撲鼻而來,味道真的很香,最後一道料理,以簡單又奢華的方式結束
Cocoa powder is sprinkled on the chestnut raw milk mousse. The chef has grilled the hazelnuts on an iron plate first. The sweet aroma of wine is fragrant. The taste is really delicious. The last dish ends in a simple and luxurious way.
