這次來到了深山裡的餐廳食不厭
靠近黃金博物館的美食餐廳
搭車或是開車都還算方便的
位於九份跟金瓜石的中間
九份老街或黃金博物館步行
都是15-20分鐘左右的距離
隔壁就有停車的地方或是要再往上開到保民堂廟旁的空地
食不厭最有名的就是一夜干
必點餐點之一！

We visited Shibuyan restaurant, a restaurant nestled deep in the mountains. It is near the Gold Museum. It’s easily accessible by car or bus. Located between Jiufen and Jinguashi, it’s a 15-20 minute walk from Jiufen Old Street or the Gold Museum. There’s parking place next to the restaurant, or you can drive up to the open space next to Baomintang Temple. Shibuyan is famous for its Dried mackerel overnight, a must-try dish!

這次我們兩個人點了四樣菜

焗烤蕃茄麵包
蕃茄烤的爛爛的一點番茄的酸味
搭配起司的香濃剛剛好
麵包不會太硬剛好可以一口吃

蛤蜊鮮湯
蛤蜊的湯裡的蛤蜊鮮甜
可惜湯的海味還是有一點太重

泰式涼拌墨魚
墨魚、番茄、鳳梨、洋蔥等
搭上泰式醬汁非常消暑

一夜干
既然是一夜干專賣店
那一夜干一定特別好吃
外皮相當酥脆
裡面的魚肉相當軟嫩
整個魚的香味都配炭烤了出來
旁邊還會附幾個柚子蘿蔔
增加吃魚時的口感而且也很搭

Two of us ordered four dishes.

Cheese baked Tomato Bread
The tomatoes were toasted si it is tender and soft, with a hint of sourness. The flavor was just right with the rich cheese. The bread wasn’t too hard, just enough to eat in one bite.

Clam Soup
The clams in the clam soup were fresh and sweet, but the sea taste was a bit too strong.

Thai-Style Cuttlefish Salad
Cuttlefish, tomatoes, pineapple, onions, etc. Paired with Thai sauce, it was a refreshing treat.

Overnight Dried Fish
Since this is a specialty shop for overnight dried fish, the dried fish must be exceptionally delicious. The skin was perfectly crispy, and the fish inside was tender. The charcoal grill brought out the fish’s flavor. It also came with a few yuzu and radish on the side, which added more texture to the fish perfectly.

開車來的朋友旁邊也有空地
如果滿了可寧就要在往上開
停在保民堂廟旁的空地了

If you don’t have a reservation at Shibuyan Restaurant, you’ll need to queue up and tell the staff to register. For those driving, there’s also a space nearby. If the parking place is full, you’ll need to drive up and park in the space next to the Baomin Temple.

位置不多大概約莫20個位置
用餐時水跟餐具都要自取

There aren’t many seats, around 20. We have to get our own water and others by ourselves.

展覽一定要先預約
不然如果現場號碼牌抽完就白跑一趟了
逛完展覽再來吃個美食
真是享受的一天啊！

We came to Shibuyan this time because Yoshitomo Nara’s exhibition was nearby. Make sure you make a reservation beforehand, otherwise if the tickets are sold out, your trip will be wasted. After the exhibition, we enjoyed a delicious meal. It was a truly enjoyable day!
