In Taiwan, M!ACUCINA have 8 branches. M!ACUCINA which means “My kitchen" in Italian. The restaurant promotes values of gratitude towards the Earth, eco-friendly eating, and reducing carbon footprints by offering fresh and additive-free food. This time, we visited the Taipei Nanshi branch located near Zhongshan Station. The seating is narrow and long, with some semi-circular seats aside. The food is very diverse, ranging from daily specials, soups, and appetizers to salads, pasta, risotto, and more. The vegetarian options can refer to the menu, which includes categories for vegan, ovo-lacto vegetarian, and others.

先來介紹我們點的主餐
薄餅跟義大利麵
酸奶素鮭魚薄餅
第一次吃素鮭魚
吃下去第一口會有優格酸酸的味道
鮭魚是蒟蒻做得所以沒有太多風味
整體吃起來像在吃優格蒟蒻
配上酥脆又好吃的起司薄餅
建議真的想試看看素鮭魚的再嘗試
一個薄餅可以約2-3人分
但是份量不算多
三起司麵
屬於蛋奶素的三起司麵
可想而知起司的味道非常濃厚
搭配雞蛋的香味
會讓人不自覺一口接著一口吃
份量一樣也不算多
因為太好吃了
所以可能2-3人分會不夠吃
Let’s stick to the point, start with the main dishes, pizza and pasta.
Yogurt Vegan Salmon Pizza
This is my first time trying vegan salmon. The first bite has a sour and yogurt flavor. The salmon is made from konjac, so it doesn’t have much flavor. Overall, it feels like eating yogurt konjac, paired with a crispy and delicious cheese pizza. I recommend trying it if you’re really curious about vegan salmon. One pizza is enough for about 2-3 people, but the pizza is not very large.
Three Cheese Pasta
This is a three cheese pasta, it is available for lacto-vegetarian. As you can imagine, the cheese flavor is very rich, complemented by the aroma of the eggs, making me want to eat bite after bite. The portion is also not very large, and because it’s so delicious, 2-3 people might find it not enough.

再來介紹一下開胃菜
北非蛋
裡面有自製的瑪麗安紅醬、太陽蛋、巴馬起司、2片酸種麵包
紅醬口味偏重鹹要配酸種麵包
很像在吃辣味的義大利麵紅醬
搭配硬的酸種麵包
口感層次就很不一樣
Then, let me introduce the appetizers. Shakshuka, there’s homemade marinara sauce, sunny-side up eggs, Parmesan cheese, and two slices of sourdough bread. The marinara sauce has a stronger salty taste, which goes well with the sourdough bread. It’s very much like eating spicy red Italian pasta sauce. Paired with the hard sourdough bread, the texture layers are completely different.

基本上要吃飽一定會超過低消
南西店的用餐環境比較吵雜
因為是在百貨裡面可以看的到樓下
The time limit is 90 minutes. The minimum spend per person on holidays is NT$300. Basically, in order to eat until you full, you will definitely exceed the minimum spend. The dining environment at the Nanxi location is relatively noisy because it is inside a department store and you can see downstairs in the mean time.
