I was coming out with my mom today. Suddenly, we would like to eat some sweet, so we came to this Lady M located at A13 to have some mille crepes cake. Lady M’s mille crepes cake doesn’t have any bad flavors; they only keep creating new and innovative ones.

今天點了兩款期間限定的蛋糕
一個就是!藍莓起司千層蛋糕!
口味偏酸所以不喜歡酸的有可能會不太喜歡
每層都有塗抹平均的奶油
讓每一口都能享受到奶油的甜
搭配藍莓的酸
酸甜融合的口味真的是一絕

Today I ordered two limited edition cakes. One of them is the blueberry cheese mille crepes cake! The flavor is quite sour, so those who don’t like sour may not enjoy it very much. Each layer is evenly spread with cream, allowing every bite to taste the sweetness of the cream. Paired with the sourness of the blueberries, the sweet and sour flavors is truly exceptional.

The sweetness of the cake is just prefect, and after taking a bite, you’ll find yourself smiling unconsciously because it is too delicious. Every bite is truly a delight experience.

接著吃完蛋糕當然要來配點茶
去油解膩剛剛好
清除掉口中殘留的甜度
才能繼續吃下一口美味的蛋糕
我這次點的是無糖烏龍茶
依據自己的喜好時間泡
泡得差不多我就把茶包拿出來了
因為怕泡久會太苦
茶香很濃很適合拿來配蛋糕
喝完也可以續沖

After finishing the cake, of course, I need to have some tea to reduce the greasiness. It perfectly clears out the lingering sweetness in my mouth so I can continue enjoying another bite of the delicious cake. This time, I ordered oolong tea without sugar. I steep it according to my preference, and when it’s about right, I take the tea bag out because I’m afraid it will become too bitter if left for too long. The tea has a strong aroma, which is very suitable for pairing with cake, and I can refill it after I finish.

一小時內回家冷藏就可以了

If you want to take out after eating, you need to line up at the takeout cake entrance. They will provide utensils and cooling item. You can refrigerate it at home within an hour. What a happy day!
