終於有機會來寫Hi Mate早午餐，這間應該可以算位於劍潭最頂的了，這次先點了兩份早午餐的餐點，是兩位年輕人一起經營的澳式早午餐的餐廳，平日4人以上的話可以預約位置

Finally, I have the chance to write about Hi Mate brunch. This place is probably located at the very top of Jiantan. I ordered two brunch dishes this time. It’s an Australian-style brunch restaurant run by two young people. Reservations are available for groups of four or more on weekdays.

他們的沙拉都很新鮮 蔬菜也不會軟爛或是乾，搭配他們自製的油醋醬或是優格醬都很讚，酸種麵包煎完之後有一股奶油焦香，吃下去之後非常的酥脆，咬下去會有喀擦的聲音，薯條上面有裹粉 除了炸的剛剛好之外，味道也調得非常到位，不會像其他速食店那樣軟掉

Their salads were all very fresh; the vegetables weren’t mushy or dry. They were great with their homemade vinaigrette or yogurt dressing. The sourdough bread had a buttery, caramelized aroma after frying and was incredibly crispy, making a satisfying crunch when you bit into it. The fries were coated in flour and were perfectly fried; the seasoning was also just right, unlike the soggy fries from other fast-food restaurants.

Pan-fry the chicken until the skin is crispy and golden brown, then pair it with a sunny-side-up egg for a healthy and delicious brunch.

另外還點了一個份量很足的坦督理雞腿串與爐烤時蔬，咖哩味很足的雞腿加上我平時最喜歡的爐烤蔬菜，除了非常均衡飲食之外，也適合喜歡份量多的朋友們

We also ordered a generous portion of Tandoori chicken leg skewers and grilled vegetables. The curry-flavored chicken leg, combined with my favorite grilled vegetables, made for a very balanced meal, perfect for those who like larger portions.

一定要試吃看看他們的辣起司球，外皮酥酥脆脆加上有辣度的起司根本100%的好吃！

You absolutely have to try their spicy cheese balls! The crispy outer layer combined with the spicy cheese is 100% delicious!

他們的紅茶不會太甜算是微甜，所以不會蓋掉茶的味道，又能夠帶出茶的香氣，建議大家都可以喝一杯紅茶解解膩。咖啡的部分，他們的咖啡算是中深焙的豆子，所以咖啡味道會比較濃厚一點，搭配鮮乳坊的牛奶，真的是剛好一比一的好喝！

Their black tea isn’t too sweet, just slightly sweet, so it doesn’t mask the tea’s flavor while still bringing out its aroma. I recommend everyone have a cup to cleanse your palate. As for the coffee, they use medium-dark roast beans, so the coffee flavor is quite strong. Paired with Fresh Milk Shop’s milk, it’s a perfect 1:1 combination!

What I like most is their open kitchen space, which allows you to see their clean and tidy kitchen.

每一個餐點他們都很用心製作，端出來的餐點擺盤 也是很注重的呢！

They put a lot of effort into preparing each dish, and they also pay great attention to the presentation of the food!

這邊是狗狗置放區，除了用餐外也可以帶狗狗一起來，是一間寵物友善的澳式早午餐店！常常看到Hi Mate分享各種寵物到店的影片

This is the dog drop-off area. Besides dining, you can bring your dog along. It’s a pet-friendly Australian brunch spot! I often see Hi Mate sharing videos of their pets visiting the restaurant.

要注意的是用完餐都要自己回收餐具，不過因為沒有收服務費，這點小事沒問題的，基本上大家也都是清空盤子，因為太好吃了

It’s important to note that you need to return your own utensils after finishing your meal. However, since there’s no service charge, this is no problem, and most people simply empty their plates because the food is so delicious.

然後還有自己可以倒水跟一些醬料，還有小盤子可以拿來做分食用

Then there’s a place to pour water and some sauces, and small plates for serving.

每一個角落都被老闆們細心的照顧到，每一處都能感受到澳洲的風格

Every corner has been meticulously taken care of by the owners, and the Australian style can be felt everywhere.

可以感受到澳式氛圍感，好像跟著他們一起去了澳洲一趟

You can feel the Australian atmosphere; it’s like you went to Australia with them.

他們還有賣澳洲的汽水，喜歡喝或是想要嘗試的也可以買

They also sell Australian soft drinks; those who like them or want to try them can buy some.

空間算寬敞，所以坐起來相當舒適，也不會有壓迫的感覺，在邊吃邊聊天真的是一大享受， 位置其實蠻多的，快到了會打電話說位置快好了，就不用在外面一直等，真的很不錯

The space is quite spacious, so it’s very comfortable to sit in without feeling cramped. Eating and chatting at the same time is a real treat. There are actually quite a few seats, and they call to let you know when your table is almost ready, so you don’t have to wait outside, which is really great.

The Hi Mate sign is very cute, and there are two small stools for people to rest on while waiting.

從劍潭捷運出來騎Ubike來也是可以的喔！店外就是Ubike停靠站，非常方便，如果天氣炎熱可以騎著車來，吹吹涼風

非常適合朋友、情侶或是家人來聚餐，整潔、空間、環境以及寵物友善，真的是我內心最TOP的早午餐咖啡廳，而且應該算是劍潭最頂的早午餐了，真的的非常推薦加入口袋名單，甚至是日常可以去的咖啡廳

Perfect for gatherings with friends, couples, or family. Clean, spacious, ambiance-friendly, and pet-friendly, it’s truly my top brunch cafe, and probably the best in Jiantan. I highly recommend adding it to your wish list, or even making it a regular cafe you can visit anytime.
